Terms and conditions of the automated luggage storage service.
Scope of the service
Easy Bagagli offers a self-service automated luggage storage service, operated by Pizioli Matteo, with registered office at Via Marghera 47d, 00185 Roma RM.
Booking and payment
Booking is made online by choosing a date and time slot; payment is made in advance by card via Stripe. Once the payment is confirmed you receive a code by email to open the locker. Prices are under the Italian flat-rate scheme (regime forfettario) and VAT is not applied: "operazione senza applicazione dell'IVA - regime forfettario ex L.190/2014, art.1 commi 54-89". An invoice can be requested by writing to info@easybagagli.com.
Storage period and pickup
The storage is valid for the booked date and time slot. Pickup must take place within the stated time; any additional time is charged according to the current tariff, up to the daily cap.
Obligations and liability
Storing dangerous, illegal, perishable or high-value items beyond what is allowed is prohibited. The user must keep the pickup code safe and use the service properly. The operator's liability is limited within the terms of the law.
Withdrawal and refunds
The service is booked for a specific date and time slot and no refund is provided. For details see the Refund Policy.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Italian law. The court of Rome has jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection courts provided by law and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
