Cancellation and refund terms for the luggage storage service.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking from your confirmation email as long as you haven't dropped off your luggage. The amount paid is not refunded. Please cancel anyway if you are not coming: the locker goes back on sale for somebody else.
Why the right of withdrawal does not apply
Luggage storage is a service booked for a specific date and time slot. Under art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed into Italian consumer law), the statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases therefore does not apply.
No-show
Not turning up (no-show) on the booked date and time slot does not entitle you to a refund.
Service failures
If something fails on our side — a locker that will not open because of a fault, for example — contact info@easybagagli.com: we will find a solution or refund the amount for the service you could not use.
