Data controller
The data controller is Pizioli Matteo, a sole proprietorship, with registered office at Via Marghera 47d, 00185 Roma RM. VAT no. 18378941001. For any request concerning your personal data you can write to info@easybagagli.com.
Personal data collected
To handle your booking we process: first and last name if provided, email address, payment data (handled directly by the payment processor Stripe, which does not share your full card number with us), the date and time slot of the storage and the booked locker, as well as your IP address and technical logs generated while browsing.
Purpose of processing
We process the data to: manage the booking and payment, send you the pickup code by email, provide support, comply with tax and accounting obligations and ensure the security of the service.
Legal basis
The legal bases are: performance of the storage contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), tax and accounting legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c) and the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and preventing abuse (Art. 6.1.f).
Data retention
We keep booking data for as long as needed to provide the service; tax and accounting data for the periods required by law (10 years); technical logs for a limited period of time for security purposes.
Suppliers and data processors
To provide the service we rely on suppliers that process data on our behalf: Stripe for payments, the email provider for sending the pickup code and any SMS provider. Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You can exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). To exercise them, write to info@easybagagli.com.
