How much it costs to leave your luggage at Roma Termini
You pay by the hour, with a daily cap. No opening fee, no size surcharge beyond the rate shown, no surprise at collection.
The rate
Small locker: €1.10 an hour, up to €13.00 a day. Large locker: €1.80 an hour, up to €18.00 a day.
The daily cap means the day stops costing after a point: leave a small bag from morning to night and you will not go past €13.00, however many hours that is.
Real examples
Three hours with a small bag — lunch and a walk: €3.30.
A full day, from hotel check-out to the evening train, small bag: €13.00, which is the cap.
Two nights with a large bag: €36.00, that is twice the daily cap.
Locker dimensions
Small: 39 × 43 × 55 cm, right for backpacks, bags and cabin cases, up to two pieces of hand luggage.
Large: 39 × 87 × 55 cm, right for medium suitcases, up to three pieces of hand luggage.
The only limit on what you can store is the size of the locker: if the case fits, it can go in.
What is included
The price covers the locker for the whole booked period, your personal opening code, 24-hour access and insurance on stored luggage. The premises are covered by several cameras.
Collect later than planned and you pay only the extra hours, still with the daily cap: there is no penalty.
If your plans change
If you booked by choosing a date and an arrival slot, you can cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before that slot starts. No explanation needed: you do it from your confirmation email.
Inside 24 hours the booking can still be cancelled, but the money does not come back. Please do it anyway — it puts the locker back on sale for somebody else.
