You pay by the hour, with a daily cap: small locker from €1.10/hour (up to €13.00 a day), large from €1.80/hour (up to €18.00 a day). Past the cap the day costs no more.
How far are you from Roma Termini station?
560 metres, about a 7-minute walk. Leave Roma Termini by the Via Marsala exit and carry on down Via Marghera: we are at number 47d.
What are your opening hours?
Always: open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, nights included. Everything is self-service, so you never depend on anyone's opening times.
Are there luggage lockers inside Rome Termini station?
The station's own left-luggage office is indoors on Via Giolitti, with limited hours and often a queue. We are automated lockers a 7-minute walk away, open 24 hours a day, with no queue and no counter: you open your own locker with a code.
How do I open the locker?
After payment you receive a code by email. At the storage point you enter it on our site, under «Open your locker», and the locker opens. You use the same code to pick up.
Do I have to queue or hand my bags to someone?
No. There is no counter and no queue: book from your phone, walk up and open the locker with your code. You put your bags in yourself.
Do I need an ID to leave my luggage?
No. No document is needed and there is no sign-up: you book, you pay and your code arrives by email.
Do I need to register?
No. There is no account to create: you book, pay and get your code by email.
What can I put in a locker?
The only limit is the size of the locker. The small one is 39 × 43 × 55 cm and takes up to 2 pieces of hand luggage; the large one is 39 × 87 × 55 cm and takes up to 3. If a suitcase fits, it can go in.
What locker sizes are there?
Two sizes: small (from €1.10/hr) and large (from €1.80/hr), both with a daily cap.
Is there video surveillance?
Yes. The premises are covered by several cameras, 24 hours a day.
Is my luggage insured?
Yes, stored luggage is insured.
Are my bags safe?
Each booking has a personal pickup code, and the locker only opens when that code is entered.
What if I pick up later than planned?
No problem: you only pay for the extra hours (with the daily cap) and we guide you at pickup.
Can I book for another day?
Yes. Book for right now, or pick the day and the hour you will arrive and find a locker waiting for you.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. If you chose a date and an arrival slot, you cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before. After that you can still cancel, but without a refund. You do it from your confirmation email, no explanation needed.
